Neko Emoji-41 - (Kawaii Waving) [V3]  ~
I haven't drawn Hisoka in a while, and 14 March is White Day in Japan so I thought it was the perfect opportunity to do so!  cute blush 
It isn't as perfect as I wanted it to be (the arms are all wrong really) but I'm been too tired to bother. (lame excuse :giggle:)
